FAQ
What is the lead time for artwork?
Fine Art Print
My limited edition Giclee prints are produced in small batches to keep them as safe as possible. If I have stock when you order, I will post these out with next day delivery where possible. If I need to order these, it should take 1-2 weeks to reach you. Prints are then carefully packaged and rolled in acid-free tissue paper and posted with certification.
Whist you wait for your new piece too arrive, I recommend looking at framing options so that it can be framed and enjoyed straight away!
I have previously used this website for fast bespoke framing, just use the dimensions of your chosen piece www.frames.co.uk.
Original Art on Canvas
Whilst they are readily available they do require a small lead time for me to ensure all packaging and documentation is complete. I usually dispatch pieces within a week.
I typically use Royal Mail tracked delivery, or courier if outside the UK. Tracking will be provided. If you have any questions, please get in touch!
To arrange your own collection from Godstone, Surrey- please purchase normally and get in touch!

What is the difference between a commission, a print and an original?
A print is a very high-quality image reproduction of an original artwork, that is then printed onto a new material like paper or canvas . All prints are hand signed and numbered.
Original art is art that was created by the artist, by hand. It's a one-of-a-kind.
Commissioning art is the process of hiring an artist to create an original piece/pieces of artwork, based on your requirements. Its typically the most expensive, but it means you have it exactly how you'd like it.

Can artwork be shipped Internationally?
Yes! Shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
If you’re ordering from outside the UK, local customs in your country may apply import duties or taxes once the artwork arrives. These charges aren’t included at checkout and are handled by your local postal service or courier.
Every country is a little different — I recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure about potential fees! If you have questions, we’re happy to try our best to help and guide you.

Can you frame my artwork or advise on frames?
Some of my pieces are framed, this will always be clear in the product description and reflected in the price.
Currently, I don't offer bespoke framing as this is very personal to you and the less a piece is reframed the better as the likelihood of damage is reduced. If you need any help at all please do get in touch!

Can you advise on sizing?
When choosing a size I highly recommend measuring the chosen space. All measurements for canvases are listed under each design.
One trick that some clients find really helpful is to cut old lining paper or wrapping paper into the size you are considering, then blue tac this into the space and live with it for a few hours or a day to see how the size feels in your space. That's one of the exciting parts!
